Producer terms

1. At Hause may
a) Subsidise a 3ply bag at 7000 Uganda shillings if producer agrees to pair the 3ply bag with dry standard quality nutritious agricultural produce for sale to At Hause ;
b) Link above produce to better markets and make payments to Producer when paired with (packed in) subsidised 3ply bags;
2. The Producer may
a) Pay 7000 Uganda shillings foreach 3ply bag and pair the 3ply bag with dry standard quality nutritious agricultural produce ;
b) Receive payments from At Hause placed for dry standard quality nutritious agricultural produce paired with (packed in) subsidised 3ply bags.
c) Qualify for quality inputs financing upon recommending producers, buyers and sellers of dry standard quality nutritious agricultural produce interested;

Investor terms

1. At Hause may
a) Secure the Investor’s capital with standard quality nutritious agricultural commodities packed in 3ply bags;
b) Make payment between 10% to 20% return on investment to Investor as a result of sale of agricultural commodities paired with (packed in) collateralised 3ply bags;
2. The Investor may
a) Invest capital into value chain implemented by At Hause to support acquisition of standard quality nutritious agricultural commodities packed in 3ply bags;
b) Receive returns on investment from At Hause placed as a result of sale of standard quality nutritious agricultural commodities packed in collateralised 3ply bags;

Buyer terms

1. At Hause may
a) Deliver standard quality nutritious agricultural commodities to Buyer;
b) Receive payments from Buyer placed for standard quality nutritious agricultural commodities paired with (packed in) 3ply bags;
2. The Buyer may
a) Make payments to At Hause for standard quality nutritious agricultural commodities packed in 3ply bags;
b) Recommend buyers of agricultural commodities interested in standard quality nutritious agricultural commodities packed in 3ply bags with help of At Hause;

Notice

Above Agreements are valid for number of years management sees fit and subject to renewal or changes. This Agreement shall be amended by notice, and may be terminated by either party. This Agreement shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes arising out of the operation and or interpretation of this Agreement shall be settled through mutual and amicable discussion and agreement, failure of which any such disputes shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act Cap 4 of the revised laws of Uganda. Neither party shall be liable for any delay or default as result of an event of Force Majeure, includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, government restrictions, wars, floods, strikes, fire.
